Welcome to the site of the Picture Book Artists Association (PBAA). PBAA is an independent association
of professional children’s book illustrators from around the world. If you are interested in an artist for a project
or speaking engagement, please contact them directly. PBAA does not act as an agent for our members.
If you are a self-publisher looking for an illustrator please review our FAQ page for Self-publishers
before contacting one of our members.

If you'd like us to send a request to all PBAA members, please send the following to info@picturebookartists.org:
your name, title, company name, address, phone, web site, specifically what you're looking for (the more detail
the better), deadlines, rights you'd like to license and proposed budget.

Our Winter Edition, with a fresh crop of art, will be popping up on April 1st.

If you'd like to receive email notification of quarterly site updates, please write to whatsnew@picturebookartists.org.
If you have suggestions on how we could improve our site, please write to: info@picturebookartists.org.

High-caliber illustrators, fast and easy to navigate, direct links to the artists. If there is one site to check out for children's book illustrators, Picturebookartists.org is it.

I highly recommend the picturebookartists.org web site. The number of images and diversity of styles represented make it a great resource for art buyers. Merely from browsing it we found two illustrators who worked out beautifully
